INRIA Grenoble PhD Seminars

Monthly presentations by PhDs, interns, post-docs and engineers

Organized by PhD students and postdoctoral researchers, this monthly seminar series is open to all non-permanent members of Inria, including PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, contract engineers, and interns. It aims to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for presenting research, developing scientific communication skills, and fostering exchanges among early-career researchers. The seminars also offer an opportunity to explore the diversity of research topics across the institute and to stimulate interdisciplinary interactions and collaborations.

Talks are primarily given by PhD students, but contributions from postdoctoral researchers, engineers, and interns are strongly encouraged. Presentations may cover ongoing projects, preliminary results, or broader overviews of doctoral and postdoctoral research.

Attendance is open to all members of the center, with no specific prerequisites.

Interested in presenting? A short survey is available below to express your interest in presenting and to indicate your availability. Presentation slots can be reserved until July 2026. By participating, you will most probably gain knowledge, definitely learn about other research fields, receive constructive feedback, and expand your scientific network.

Seminars are organized every last Wednesday of the month at 14:30 and usually take place in the small amphitheatre (F107) of the Inria center. Everyone at the center is warmly welcome to attend the seminars.

See you there!
